I'm Florian Poprat, a digital consultant and Co-Founder of where I work with companies and entrepreneurs on digital strategies, products, AI and automation.
I love to spend the rest of my time experimenting with new technologies and what comes next. I have a strong commitment to our social and environmental responsibility and often work pro bono for projects with a strong impact.
I built my first website in 1995, with Netscape Navigator and Notepad, HTML and inline CSS. The web was simpler then, but the core challenge remains the same: how do we use technology to communicate clearly and solve real problems?
Today, AI-assisted development is one of my passions. The tools are changing faster than ever, letting us experiment and turn new ideas into working software at a pace we have never had before. But speed without direction is just noise, which is why I see my role as a (digital) consultant as one of the most important parts of delivering a complex project successfully.
I advise independently, honestly and always with a solution in mind. I'm also known for asking the uncomfortable questions and raising problems before they put a project at risk. With the necessary pinch of humour, I accompany my clients from the first workshops to the finished product — for a few weeks or for several years.
